Supply of food products: Lot I – Chicken meat, Lot II – Pork, beef, fish, lamb, Lot III – Turkey meat, to the premises of the centers subordinate to DGASPC Hunedoara specified in the tender specifications. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 20 days. The contracting authority/entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information: by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement with a duration of [ 24 ] months, with a maximum of 2 economic operators, insofar as there is a sufficient number of economic operators that have met the qualification and selection requirements and submitted admissible tenders. The technical characteristics shall remain unchanged throughout the duration of the framework agreement. Tenderers shall submit a tender for all products. The minimum and maximum quantities that could be purchased during the framework agreement are specified in the Tender Specifications and the model contractual clauses in the “Forms” section. Total estimated value of the Framework Agreement: 843.877,06 lei excluding VAT. Subsequent contracts will be awarded according to the needs of the contracting authority. Subsequent contracts shall be awarded with the following frequency: every six months. Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract anticipated to be awarded during the framework agreement: 211.022,46 lei excluding VAT.
