Conclusion of a framework agreement for the procurement of MEDICAL SUPPL;ES for the Sibiu Pneumophthisiology Hospital. The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of MEDICAL SUPPLIES for a period of 12 months, with a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 economic operators, without reopening competition (without electronic resubmission of tenders) in SEAP, respectively by simply communicating by email the intention to conclude a new subsequent contract. One or more subsequent contracts will be concluded, the first for the minimum quantity in the framework agreement, and the following subsequent contracts for the difference up to the maximum quantity in the framework agreement, depending on needs. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities requested for the duration of the framework agreement, as well as those that will be the subject of a subsequent contract, are specified in the tender specifications. At present, the quantities for the second subsequent contract cannot be known exactly. The number of days before the deadline for the submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested is 15. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information at least 11 days before the deadline established for the submission of tenders—in accordance with Article 160(2), read in conjunction with Article 161(1) of Law 98/2016.
