Romania – Medical consumables – CONSUMABLES AND REAGENTS COMPATIBLE WITH THE EQUIPMENT OF THE PATHATOLOGICAL ANATOMY LABORATORY AND S.J.M.L.

Opportunity description

Framework agreement for the supply of consumables and reagents compatible with the equipment of the Pathological Anatomy Laboratory and S.J.M.L., divided into 6 lots according to the information presented in the attached specifications. Framework agreement concluded for 36 months, with a maximum of 3 economic operators. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information, on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications (the clear and complete responses to all requests for clarification will be attached on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders), pursuant to Art. 161(1) of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented. Note: The contracting authority is not required to respond to requests for clarification/additional information that were not submitted within the deadline established in Section I.1 of the Data Sheet.
