Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of high-performance ophthalmic medical equipment, within the project “Tangrama Medvolution: We evolve together for better health, redefining innovation in medicine”, SMIS code 338516. The procurement aims to equip a medical unit with modern equipment intended for ophthalmic diagnosis and treatment, namely: - Anterior segment phacoemulsification device - Corneal topographer - Ophthalmology operating microscope - Slit lamp with applanation tonometer - Retinal camera - Slit lamp - Non-contact biometer - Computerized perimeter - Optical coherence tomograph - Ophthalmic laser - Excimer laser - Femtosecond laser - Ophthalmic software The contract includes supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, staff training, as well as the provision of warranty and maintenance services, in accordance with the requirements in the Specifications. Economic operators may request clarifications or additional information concerning the procurement documentation no later than 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The equipment covered by the contract includes, without being limited to: - Anterior segment phacoemulsification device - Corneal topographer - Ophthalmology operating microscope - Slit lamp with applanation tonometer - Retinal camera - Slit lamp - Non-contact biometer - Computerized perimeter - Optical coherence tomograph - Ophthalmic laser - Excimer laser - Femtosecond laser - Ophthalmic software The quantity of equipment is in accordance with the specifications in the Specifications. The contract also includes services associated with the supply of the equipment, namely: delivery and transport to the beneficiary’s premises; installation and commissioning; testing and verification of operation; staff training; provision of warranty and maintenance services. All equipment must be new, comply with applicable standards (including CE marking), and meet the minimum technical requirements set out in the Specifications. Economic operators may request clarifications or additional information concerning the procurement documentation no later than 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, and the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
