Opportunity description

The procurement of the products is necessary for outfitting an expanded and equipped public healthcare facility that carries out outpatient medical activities. Following the implementation of the project, the Administrative-Territorial Unit of Mangalia Municipality will provide the population with a properly equipped public outpatient healthcare facility whose objectives will be: - Ensuring increased access to preventive and first-line therapy services for poor people and those in areas with limited access, by expanding the outpatient clinic of Mangalia Municipal Hospital with a new building wing that will provide the necessary functions, in accordance with the requirements and demands of current comfort, hygiene, and functionality standards for modern medical centers. - Improving the process of providing healthcare services by equipping the consulting rooms and related spaces with state-of-the-art medical equipment necessary for the proper conduct of the outpatient clinic’s activities. - Observing the principles of equal opportunities, non-discrimination, and sustainable development and ensuring the necessary conditions for persons with disabilities and others, observing the conditions for early diagnosis and successful treatment of less serious conditions, leading to a decrease in the proportion of persons with unmet medical needs.
