The contract provides for the purchase of "Laboratory equipment", divided into lots according to the numbering in the specifications. 1. Number of days before the deadline for the submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 10 days. 2. The Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information that were submitted within the period stipulated in the contract notice, on the 10th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders/applications. Note: The Contracting Authority is not required to respond to requests for clarification/additional information that were not submitted within the deadline established under point 1 cited above.
