Opportunity description

The items covered by the procurement are high-performance equipment used in interventional treatment procedures, which contribute to improving the quality of medical care intended for critical patients with acute vascular pathology. The Contractor will supply the medical equipment requested by the contracting authority and having the characteristics/specifications from the submitted and accepted tender, in accordance with the requirements contained in the tender specifications. Delivery and installation of the equipment will be carried out in accordance with the requirements contained in the tender specifications. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/). Pursuant to the provisions of Article 160 of Law 98/2016, economic operators interested in the procedure shall request clarifications or additional information concerning the procurement documentation. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders up to which clarifications may be requested is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. If selected for the ex-ante review of the contract, in accordance with GEO No. 98/2017, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the contracting authority will make the consolidated responses to requests for clarification available to the persons authorized by ANAP through the review decision, before uploading and publishing them in the Electronic Public Procurement System, at least 4 days prior to the response deadline established in the contract notice, in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of Annex No. 1 to Government Decision No. 419/2018. Delivery and installation of the equipment will be carried out in accordance with the requirements contained in the tender specifications.. Quantity: - 1 pc. Magnetic resonance medical imaging equipment with a magnetic field strength of 1.5 T, which includes software and injector. The Contractor will supply the medical equipment requested by the contracting authority and having the characteristics/specifications from the submitted and accepted tender, in accordance with the requirements contained in the tender specifications. Delivery and installation of the equipment will be carried out in accordance with the requirements contained in the tender specifications.. Quantity: - 1 pc. Computed tomography system with a minimum of 128 slices, which includes software and injector. The Contractor will supply the medical equipment requested by the contracting authority and having the characteristics/specifications from the submitted and accepted tender, in accordance with the requirements contained in the tender specifications. Delivery and installation of the equipment will be carried out in accordance with the requirements contained in the tender specifications.. Quantity: - 1 pc.
