Supply of furnishings and medical equipment for the investment objective “Construction of a New Building – Mother and Child Health Department of the Sf. Apostol Andrei Constanța County Emergency Clinical Hospital” related to the project “Construction of a New Building – Mother and Child Health Department of the Sf. Apostol Andrei Constanța County Emergency Clinical Hospital”, financed through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Financing Contract No. SP 79/1/20.04.2023 PNNR/2022/C12/MS-0212 – New public hospital infrastructure. Lot 1 (former Lot 2) – Cadaver refrigeration systems; Lot 2 (former Lot 14) Adult and pediatric resuscitation equipment; Lot 3 (former Lot 42) – 4K video endoscopic systems for minimally invasive surgery; Lot 4 (former Lot 49) – Vascular visualization equipment; Lot 5 (former Lot 65) – Equipment for dialysis, extracorporeal circulation. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information solely through SICAP. The number of days before the deadline for the submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested is 19 days, pursuant to Article 160(1) and (2) of Law 98/2016. Insofar as requests for clarifications or additional information have been submitted within the aforementioned time limit, the contracting authority’s response will be published in SICAP 11 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders, pursuant to Article 161(2) of Law 98/2016; the contracting authority will not act upon requests submitted by another means of communication or after the established deadline.
