Opportunity description

The object of the public procurement procedure organized by the contracting authority TOWN OF VIDELE is the award, by lots, of contracts for the supply of furnishings – furniture and medical equipment – necessary for the operation of building C5 of Videle Town Hospital, within the project “Adding a storey to and modernizing building C5 with a view to providing palliative care services in the Town of Videle”, project code 347769, financed through the Health Programme 2021–2027. The procurement is divided into two lots: LOT 1 – Furniture (20 items, 125 pieces), with an estimated value of 463,720.00 lei excluding VAT, and LOT 2 – Medical equipment (53 items, 280 pieces), with an estimated value of 3,542,330.00 lei excluding VAT. The products, quantities and minimum technical specifications are provided in Annexes No. 1 and No. 2 to the specifications (Section II) and in the technical sheets (form F5) prepared by the designer. The supply includes delivery, installation, commissioning, testing and staff training, within a maximum of 60 days from the date of signing the contract, for each lot separately. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 20. Insofar as requests for clarifications or additional information have been submitted within the time limit specified in the contract notice, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all such requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with Articles 160–161 of Law No. 98/2016. LOT 1 comprises the supply of furniture and related furnishings necessary for the operation of building C5 – 20 items, in a total quantity of 125 pieces, in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the specifications and the technical sheets (form F5) relating to the lot. The estimated value of the lot is 463,720.00 lei excluding VAT. The supply includes the delivery, assembly, placement, installation and, where applicable, commissioning of the products at the installation site, as well as a commercial warranty of at least 24 months. Deliveries shall be scheduled in advance with the contracting authority, in correlation with the stage of acceptance of the works on building C5, pursuant to point 3.5 of the specifications. LOT 2 comprises the supply of medical equipment, medical devices and related IT equipment necessary for the provision of palliative care services in building C5 – 53 items, in a total quantity of 280 pieces, in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the specifications and the technical sheets (form F5) relating to the lot. The estimated value of the lot is 3,542,330.00 lei excluding VAT. The supply includes delivery, installation, configuration, commissioning, product testing and training of the staff designated by the contracting authority, a commercial warranty of at least 24 months, as well as ensuring the availability of spare parts and accessories for a period of at least 5 years from the date of acceptance. Deliveries shall be scheduled in advance with the contracting authority, in correlation with the stage of acceptance of the works on building C5, pursuant to point 3.5 of the specifications.
