Supply of medical equipment and fittings for the Outpatient Clinic within Tulcea County Hospital, as part of the project “Rehabilitation, modernization of the Tulcea Outpatient Clinic” 1. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 160 para. (1) of Law 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation is 25 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. 2. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 161 para. (1) of Law 98/2016, insofar as requests for clarifications or additional information have been submitted within the time limit stipulated in the contract notice, the contracting authority will respond, clearly and completely, to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 15th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Supply of medical equipment, to ensure that the departments of the Outpatient Clinic within Tulcea County Hospital are equipped with medical equipment, as part of the project “Rehabilitation, modernization of the Tulcea Outpatient Clinic”, in accordance with the specifications and the attached Technical Sheets.
