Supply contract concluded for 18 months, which will be entered into with a single economic operator, regarding the purchase of products – equipment for dermatology and venereology, as follows: Lot 1 Equipment for dermatology and venereology Item 1 Dermatoscope – quantity: 1 unit Item 2 Universal treatment system (IPL/FRAX/YAG) – quantity: 1 unit Item 3 Universal treatment platform – quantity: 1 unit Item 4 Ultrasound platform – quantity: 1 unit Item 5 CO2 laser – quantity: 1 unit Item 6 Laser platform (YAG + Alexandrite) – quantity: 1 unit In accordance with the requirements in the tender specifications. In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 2025/1197, read in conjunction with the provisions of Regulation 2022/1031 and Directive 2014/2014, the Contracting Authority applies the IPI measure in procedures concerning the purchase of devices falling under CPV codes 33100000-1 – 33199000-1 and with an estimated value equal to or greater than 4,400,000.00 lei VAT. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested is 18 days. The Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the aforementioned date will make it impossible for the Contracting Authority to provide a response and, as a result, will be considered late. Any request for clarification must be submitted through SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro). The procurement aims to conclude a supply contract with a single economic operator, concerning the procurement of equipment intended for the dermatology and venereology department. The contract is structured into a single lot, as follows: Lot 1 – Medical equipment for dermatology and venereology Item 1: Dermatoscope – 1 unit Item 2: Universal treatment system (IPL/FRAX/YAG) – 1 unit Item 3: Universal treatment platform – 1 unit Item 4: Ultrasound platform – 1 unit Item 5: CO2 laser – 1 unit Item 6: Laser platform (YAG + Alexandrite) – 1 unit The equipment will be supplied in accordance with the requirements and technical specifications set out in the tender specifications. In addition to the delivery of the equipment, the supply contract also includes related services, namely: transport, installation, commissioning, testing and personnel training. These services are included in the supply contract and in the offered price. The related services mentioned above are included in the subject matter of the contract and are covered by the corresponding CPV codes. To clarify matters relating to this contract, interested economic operators may submit requests up to 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications. The Contracting Authority undertakes to respond clearly and completely to all requests no later than the 11th day before the deadline.
