Opportunity description

The procurement concerns the supply of medical furniture intended for hospitalization, care, monitoring, patient transport, and the organization of medical activities within the “Sfânta Maria” Clinical Hospital in Bucharest. The procurement is structured into two lots, as follows: Lot 1 – Beds and medical furniture, comprising medical beds for wards and intensive care, stretchers for patient transport, medical bedside cabinets, and chairs for sample collection; Lot 2 – Mobile systems for treatment, storage, and organization, comprising medical trolleys and modular systems intended for the storage, organization, and management of medical supplies, medication, and other products necessary for medical activities. The products supplied will be delivered, installed, tested, and commissioned at the Contracting Authority’s premises, including the provision of warranty services, technical support, and training, as applicable. THE PRODUCTS SHALL BE SUPPLIED in accordance with the Tender Specifications. ATTENTION: REQUESTS FOR CLARIFICATION: 1. The deadline by which economic operators may request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation is 18 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. 2. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to ALL requests for clarification/additional information on the 10th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders. 3. Requests for clarification shall be submitted ONLY through SEAP; 4. Responses to requests for clarification shall be submitted ONLY through SEAP Lot 1 – Beds and medical furniture, includes: • medical beds for wards; • medical beds for intensive care and the care of critically ill patients; • stretchers for patient transport; • medical bedside cabinets; • chairs for sample collection. in accordance with the Tender Specifications LLot 2 – Mobile systems for treatment, storage, and organization, includes: • medical treatment trolleys; • mobile systems for the storage and organization of medical supplies; • systems for the storage and organization of medication; • modular systems for storage and organization. in accordance with the Tender Specifications Procedure: open.
