Framework agreement for the supply of medicinal oxygen. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 6. The procurement is necessary to ensure the continuity of medical activities and to increase the quality of medical care, in full compliance with the current requirements of the healthcare system and with the regulations regarding the use of medicinal gases in healthcare facilities. A. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of Law No. 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in connection with the procurement documentation is a maximum of 6 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. B. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(2) of Law No. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 4th day before the deadline established for submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned under point A. will make it impossible for the CA to provide a response within the deadline mentioned under point B. and, consequently, any request for clarification outside the mentioned deadlines will be considered LATE. The description and quantities under the framework agreement and the subsequent contracts, respectively, are specified in the Tender Specifications and in the list of lots in this documentation, because this field does not allow all the information to be entered. The minimum and maximum quantities estimated to be purchased over the entire duration of the framework agreement, as well as the minimum and maximum quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract, and the estimated value of the largest subsequent contract expected to be concluded are set out in the Tender Specifications. Gaseous medicinal oxygen in accordance with the specifications in the Tender Specifications, which are minimum but mandatory. The minimum and maximum quantities estimated to be purchased over the entire duration of the framework agreement, as well as the minimum and maximum quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract, and the estimated value of the largest subsequent contract expected to be concluded are set out in the Tender Specifications.
