Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the software development and commissioning services for the “National Musculoskeletal Oncology Registry”, required for the implementation of the project “Innovation and Excellence in the Development of Human Resources in the Field of Musculoskeletal Oncology: INEX-OMS”, project code MySmis: 328215, financed through the call for projects Increasing the effectiveness of healthcare services in the field of musculoskeletal oncology PS/335/PS_P7/OP4/ESO4.11/PS_P7_ESO4.11_A11 through the Health Programme, Priority 7: Measures supporting the fields of oncology and transplantation, Specific Objective ESO4.11, Action B - Increasing the effectiveness and resilience of healthcare systems in the field of oncology, through the development of working tools/mechanisms and through the training/updating of the competencies of the practitioners involved (ESF+). Pursuant to the provisions of Article 160 of Law 98 / 2016, amended by Emergency Ordinance 107 / 2017, economic operators interested in the procedure shall request clarifications or additional information relating to the procurement documentation 20 days before the deadline established for the submission of tenders, and pursuant to Article 161 of Law 98 / 2016, amended by Emergency Ordinance 107 / 2017, the contracting authority’s response shall be transmitted 10 days (on the 11th day) before the deadline established for the submission of tenders. Any request for clarifications must be signed with an extended electronic signature, based on a qualified certificate issued by a certification service provider accredited in accordance with the law, and uploaded to SEAP.
