Opportunity description

The contracting authority wishes to meet the needs identified within the hospital, based on necessity report no.168/30.03.2026 approved by the management of the unit and endorsed through Decision no. 3 /20.04.2026 of the Board of Directors of Satu Mare County Emergency Hospital, updated according to the publication of the CANAMED amendments. In achieving the institution's specific objectives, the role of the medicines supplied to patients is indispensable because they directly influence medical care, the degree of patient satisfaction and the results obtained. We cannot afford to endanger the health and lives of patients by exposing them to the risks associated with a lack of medicines. Thus, in the context of the above, with the aim of ensuring continuity in the supply of medicines, the contracting authority organized this procurement procedure. Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: CS: annually or whenever necessary, depending on the number of admissions.
