Opportunity description

Procurement of various medicines (anti-infectives for systemic use, medicinal solutions, corticosteroids and other medicines for the digestive tract and metabolism) for patients at the Sibiu Pneumophthisiology Hospital. A framework agreement will be concluded for 24 months with one or more economic operators (maximum 3 operators), without reopening competition (electronic resubmission of tenders) in SEAP, namely through the simple communication by email of the intention to conclude a new subsequent contract based on the existing framework agreement. Number of days before the deadline for the submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 12 days. In the first year, at least 1 subsequent contract will be concluded, the first subsequent contract up to the minimum quantity in the framework agreement and the following subsequent contracts for the remaining quantity up to the maximum quantity in the framework agreement, depending on needs. The first subsequent contract will have the highest value. The procedure does not represent a partial re-launch of cancelled lots that should have been submitted to the OJEU.
