The subject of this public procurement procedure concerns the purchase of items forming part of the ceremonial uniform for 24 months. The products covered by this procedure are equipment items forming part of the ceremonial uniform, with a view to ensuring the equipment entitlements of penitentiary police officers in accordance with the provisions of Order No. 2908/C/2013 of 4 October 2013 regarding the approval of the Regulation on the description, composition and manner of wearing uniforms and specific equipment for civil servants with special status in the penitentiary administration system, as well as the rules for granting equipment entitlements, as subsequently amended and supplemented. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Lot No. 1 consists of the following items forming part of the ceremonial uniform: summer ceremonial cap with emblem; ceremonial hat with emblem; summer jacket with sleeve rank holder, shoulder rank insignia, collar tabs, emblem with the ANP logo; trousers; skirt.
