The local public-interest service for the administration of public parking facilities in the Municipality of Timișoara - TIMPARK has the role of administering and operating all parking spaces included in the area of application of the “Regulations for the operation of the motor vehicle parking system in the Municipality of Timişoara – TimPark”, carrying out its activity on the basis of these Regulations. Users of the TimPark parking system have the option of paying for parking, in addition to the subscription method, via mobile telephony. Payment for parking via mobile telephony can be made using three methods: a) Per-minute charging (pre-pay) based on a voucher and telephone call. The per-minute parking payment rates differ for each tariff zone, in accordance with the approved hourly rate. b) Per-hour charging based on SMS. The per-hour parking payment rates differ for each tariff zone, in accordance with the approved hourly rate. c) Charging via a bank card, an operation that can be carried out online through an application. SPAPP TIMPARK currently has a similar framework agreement in progress, and the framework agreement to be awarded following this procedure will enter into force after the expiry of the last subsequent contract relating to the existing framework agreement. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, only to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the established deadline mentioned above.
