Within this procurement procedure, the contracting authority wishes to conclude supply contracts having as their subject “Green urban mobility – ICT infrastructures, Oravița town, Caraș-Severin County”: Lot 1 – Smart urban furniture and smart stage Lot 2 – Smart gazebo and smart waste bins The estimated value of the products to be supplied is 2.456.427,3 lei excluding VAT, according to financing contracts no. 436/04.01.2023 and no. 19893/16.02.2023 concluded between the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration and the Administrative-Territorial Unit of Oravița Town. The estimated values for each lot are as follows: Lot 1 – Smart urban furniture and smart stage – 1.725.012,53 lei excluding VAT Lot 2 – Smart gazebo and smart waste bins – 731.414,77 lei excluding VAT The equipment to be delivered under the contract for each lot is listed below: Lot 1 – Smart urban furniture and smart stage SMART BENCH WITH CHARGING STATION – 6 pcs SMART BENCH WITH TOTEM – 10 pcs SMART STAGE – 1 pc SWING WITH SOLAR PANEL – 4 pcs Lot 2 – Smart gazebo and smart waste bins SMART GAZEBO – 2 pcs SMART WASTE BIN – 4 pcs Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 10 days. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification submitted on the 6th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. For requests for clarification received after the deadline indicated above, the contracting authority reserves the right not to provide a response.
