Framework Agreement for the Supply of Various Food Products 2025 - 2026 (pork carcass with backfat, without head and foot, potatoes, assorted cozonac, milk, apples, liver pâté, semi-white bread, tomatoes). -Pork carcass with backfat, without head and foot: framework agreement minimum 9000 kg - framework agreement maximum 27500 kg -Potatoes: framework agreement minimum 51200 kg - framework agreement maximum 137000 kg -Assorted cozonac: framework agreement minimum 270 kg - framework agreement maximum 730 kg -Milk: framework agreement minimum 11700 l - framework agreement maximum 29200 l -Apples: framework agreement minimum 9000 kg - framework agreement maximum 26000 kg -Liver pâté: framework agreement minimum 80 kg - framework agreement maximum 200 kg -Semi-white bread: framework agreement minimum 51100 kg - framework agreement maximum 109700kg -Tomatoes: framework agreement minimum 960 kg - framework agreement maximum 2100 kg The framework agreement will be awarded to a maximum of 2 economic operators in accordance with the provisions of Law 98/2016, Art. 118, para. (1), letter a) “without reopening competition, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out therein, where the framework agreement establishes all the terms and conditions governing the execution of works, the provision of services and the supply of products constituting its subject matter, as well as the objective conditions according to which it is determined which of the economic operators party to the framework agreement will execute the works, provide the services or supply the products”; The framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of 2 economic operators, but without reopening competition, in ranking order. The main supplier is the one ranked first, and if it cannot maintain its offered price or cannot ensure the requested delivery, the subsequent contract will be awarded to the next-ranked operator. There is no possibility of making additional funds available for the performance of the public procurement contract. Subsequent contracts may be concluded according to needs, usually quarterly. The products will be delivered according to the purchaser’s firm orders, these being equivalent to the delivery schedule. The deadlines within which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information requested by interested economic operators: at least 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Requests for clarification regarding the procurement documentation must be submitted by potential tenderers no later than 18 days before the expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders. Thus, in accordance with Art. 161 of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification no later than the 11th day before the expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders.
