Conclusion of framework agreements for a period of 12 months regarding the procurement of food products necessary for feeding persons deprived of liberty, namely Unsalted telemea cheese, Matured telemea cheese, Food improvers, Paprika, Thyme, Yeast, Bay leaves, Powdered milk, Apples, Pickling mix, Pepper, Food-grade salt, Garlic, Butter, Food-grade vinegar. The contracting authority forecasts the procurement of the products in minimum and maximum quantities, with subsequent contracts under the framework agreement to be awarded according to needs and allocated budgetary funds. The duration of the framework agreements will be 12 months. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities are set out in the specifications. The minimum and maximum quantities provided for in the framework agreement are estimates. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested is 15 days.
