Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the procurement of machinery for the maintenance of sewerage and water supply systems in the operating area of the Regional Operator HYDROKOV S.A. Maximum delivery period: - For lot 1 – maximum 19 months from the date of signing the contract; - For lot 2 - maximum 10 months from the date from the date of signing the contract; - For lot 3 - maximum 12 months from the date of signing the contract; - For lot 4 - maximum 15 months from the date of signing the contract; - For lot 5 - maximum 6 months from the date of signing the contract. Note: The requested delivery date means the date when the product has been delivered to the place of delivery, has been functionally tested, operates within the agreed parameters, and has been accepted by the Contracting Entity Warranty: minimum 24 months. The procurement is divided into 5 lots, according to the product categories: - Category 1: vacuum tankers and high-pressure sewer cleaners; - Category 2: vans equipped with various equipment; - Category 3: backhoe loaders; - Category 4: sludge transport machinery; - Category 5: Pneumatic drilling machine for road undercrossings NOTES: 1. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which interested economic operators may request clarifications: 19 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. 2. Deadlines by which the contracting entity will respond to requests for clarification/additional information: 25 days and 11 days, respectively, before the deadline for submission of tenders. Supply of machinery and equipment for the maintenance and operation of water supply and sewerage networks in the operating area of the Regional Operator HYDROKOV S.A., installation (where applicable), commissioning, training of the purchaser's operating personnel, technical assistance for maintenance and repairs during the warranty period, in accordance with the specifications in the Tender Specifications: Lot 1 comprising 7 specialized vehicles for emptying or cleaning sewerage networks: 1. Simple vacuum tanker, minimum 7mc – 2 units. 2. High-pressure sewer cleaner, minimum 7mc – 1 unit. 3. Mini high-pressure sewer cleaner, minimum 1500 liters – 2 units. 4. Mini vacuum tanker, minimum 1500 liters – 2 units. Supply of machinery and equipment for the maintenance and operation of water supply and sewerage networks in the operating area of the Regional Operator HYDROKOV S.A., installation (where applicable), commissioning, training of the purchaser's operating personnel, technical assistance for maintenance and repairs during the warranty period, in accordance with the specifications in the Tender Specifications: Lot 2 comprising 6 vans with various functions for the maintenance of sewerage and/or water supply systems: 1. 4*4 van equipped with specific equipment for intervention on water and sewerage networks (mobile workshop) – 2 units; 2. Van equipped with specific equipment for detecting leaks in water networks (mobile laboratory-type vehicle) – 1 unit; 3. Van equipped with CCTV equipment for pipes from 150 to 1200mm (mobile laboratory-type vehicle) – 1 unit; 4. Specialized vehicle with a minimum of 2 seats, with a tipping body and crane, with a maximum load of at least 4.5 tonnes – 2 units. Backhoe loader – 2 units; 2. Mini backhoe loader – 1 unit. Supply of machinery and equipment for the maintenance and operation of water supply and sewerage networks in the operating area of the Regional Operator HYDROKOV S.A., installation (where applicable), commissioning, training of the purchaser's operating personnel, technical assistance for maintenance and repairs during the warranty period, in accordance with the specifications in the Tender Specifications: Lot 4 comprising 2 machines for transporting sludge resulting from wastewater treatment plants: 1. Special sludge transport machine, with tipping body and payload of 6 tonnes - 1 unit; 2. Sludge transport machinery assembly with closed container and minimum authorized maximum mass of 25 tonnes – 1 unit.
