Periodic technical inspections and planned and emergency repairs for: Sludge thickening, dewatering and discharge equipment, as well as polymer preparation and dosing installations and the related mechanical, electrical, automation and hydraulic installations, and the purchase of spare parts within Apa Brasov Company The provision of technical assistance, maintenance and repair services is requested in order to achieve the following objectives: - keeping the aforementioned equipment operational within the parameters specified by the manufacturer in the relevant technical manuals, with minimum repair costs; - carrying out repairs and interventions when breakdowns, incidents or accidental malfunctions occur; - ensuring the technical operating parameters, at the Beneficiary's request, in order to meet its requirements throughout the equipment's entire service life; - supplying original spare parts and training operating personnel. Number of days before the deadline for submitting tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 18. The Contracting Entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline established for submitting tenders.
