The subject matter of the framework agreement consists of the provision of assembly-disassembly services for scaffolding elements, through the conclusion of a framework agreement with a maximum of 5 economic operators, without reopening competition, for a duration of 48 months, divided into 2 lots, as follows: • Lot 1 - Scaffolding assembly/disassembly services - planned U1, U2 outages • Lot 2 - Scaffolding assembly/disassembly services - planned U1, U2 outage, unplanned U1, U2 outages and other activities requested by CNE Cernavodă Deadlines for submitting/responding to requests for clarifications/additional information: A. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in connection with the procurement documentation is 9 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. B. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 6th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders. If these deadlines fall on non-working days, the Contracting Authority will respond on the last working day before the respective deadline. Tenders may be submitted for one or two lots. Full details regarding the scaffolding assembly/disassembly services - planned U1, U2 outages are provided in the Technical Specifications, an integral part of the Procurement Documentation. Information regarding the estimated quantities and values for Lot no. 1: - Estimated minimum framework agreement quantity: 82.560 hours; - Estimated maximum framework agreement quantity: 112.000 hours; - Estimated minimum quantity of a single subsequent contract: 20.640 hours; - Estimated maximum quantity of a single subsequent contract: 28.000 hours.
