The project “Modernization of the integrated communal system for the collection and recovery of manure, Sântimbru Commune, Alba County” aims to modernize the investment “Manure collection and management platform, Sântimbru Commune, Alba County” implemented through the “Integrated Nutrient Pollution Control” Project carried out by the Ministry of Environment, Waters and Forests – World Bank – IBRD financing and completed in 2015. The general objective of the project is to accelerate the process of modernizing the waste management system within the UAT, with an emphasis on separate collection, prevention, reduction, reuse and recovery measures, with a view to complying with the applicable directives and transitioning to a circular economy. Sântimbru Commune is the Contracting Authority in this procedure. The number of days before the deadline for the submission of tenders during which tenderers may request clarifications is 15 days. The Contracting Authority will respond to requests for clarification 8 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. The subject of the contract is the purchase of individual platforms for the temporary storage of manure until it is transferred to the communal platform. The individual platforms are simple objects, square/rectangular in plan. The platforms are modular, being brought from the place of manufacture and installed in the household/farm, near the manure production area, at a location appropriately selected in accordance with functionality requirements. A total of 16 PI1-type individual platforms and 57 PI2-type individual platforms will be purchased and temporarily placed on land located near the place where the manure is produced. Procedure: open.
