Romania – Motor vehicle insurance services – Framework agreement for optional CASCO insurance services

Opportunity description

Brief description: The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement for services for each of the 3 lots: Lot No. 5 – Optional CASCO insurance services Unit 2; Lot No. 6 – Optional CASCO insurance services Unit 3; Lot No. 7 – Optional CASCO insurance services Units 2 and 3; The framework agreement will be concluded with 1 (one) single economic operator for each individual lot, without reopening competition. Duration of the framework agreement: 12 months. Subsequent contracts will be awarded without reopening competition. Details of the services are provided in the Specifications relating to each lot. After publication of the contract notice, economic operators may submit requests for clarification in the Procedure details/Request for clarification/Questions/Communications section. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (http://e-licitatie.ro). Responses to requests for clarification will be provided in accordance with Articles 160-161 of Law 98/2016. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications or information concerning the procurement documentation may be requested is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information from economic operators on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Estimated framework agreement value (lei, excluding VAT): minimum 3.544,00 / maximum 1.395.459,00 Frequency of subsequent contracts to be concluded: it is estimated that at least one subsequent contract will be concluded for each individual lot. Estimated framework agreement quantities: Lot No. 5 – Optional CASCO insurance services Unit 2– minimum 1 vehicle, maximum 78 vehicles; Lot No. 6 – Optional CASCO insurance services Unit 3– minimum 1 vehicle, maximum 75 vehicles; Lot No. 7 – Optional CASCO insurance services Units 2 and 3– minimum 1 vehicle, maximum 23 vehicles. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract among those to be awarded during the term of the framework agreement: Lot No. 5 – Optional CASCO insurance services Unit 2 – minimum 1 vehicle, maximum 76 vehicles; Lot No. 6 – Optional CASCO insurance services Unit 3– minimum 1 vehicle, maximum 74 vehicles; Lot No. 7 – Optional CASCO insurance services Units 2 and 3– minimum 1 vehicle, maximum 16 vehicles. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract anticipated to be awarded is: Lot No. 5 – Optional CASCO insurance services Unit 2– minimum 473,00 lei excluding VAT, maximum 128.830,00 lei excluding VAT; Lot No. 6 – Optional CASCO insurance services Unit 3– minimum 1.250,00 lei excluding VAT, maximum 266.900,00 lei excluding VAT; Lot No. 8 – Optional CASCO insurance services Units 2 and 3– minimum 1.821,00 lei excluding VAT, maximum 584.092,00 lei excluding VAT; A framework agreement will be concluded for CASCO insurance services. The contracting authority is not obliged to purchase services so as to cover the maximum quantity/maximum value of the framework agreement. A framework agreement will be concluded for CASCO insurance services. The estimated minimum quantities under the Framework Agreement are: CASCO insurance for 1 motor vehicle; The estimated maximum quantities under the Framework Agreement are: CASCO insurance for 75 motor vehicles; The estimated quantity of the largest subsequent contract is: CASCO insurance for 74 motor vehicles; The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is 266.900 lei. Frequency of subsequent contracts to be concluded: it is estimated that at least one subsequent contract will be concluded. The contracting authority is not obliged to purchase services so as to cover the maximum quantity/maximum value of the framework agreement. A framework agreement will be concluded for CASCO insurance services. The estimated minimum quantities under the Framework Agreement are: CASCO insurance for 1 motor vehicle; The estimated maximum quantities under the Framework Agreement are: CASCO insurance for 23 motor vehicles; The estimated quantity of the largest subsequent contract is: CASCO insurance for 16 motor vehicles; The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is 584.092,00 lei. Frequency of subsequent contracts to be concluded: it is estimated that at least one subsequent contract will be concluded. The contracting authority is not obliged to purchase services so as to cover the maximum quantity/maximum value of the framework agreement.
