Civil liability insurance policies will be concluded for passenger cars /special-purpose vehicles/specialized vehicles, in the unit's fleet, according to the table in the specifications. The duration of the framework agreement will be until 31.01. 2028, and the first subsequent contract will be valid starting from 01.02.2027. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested - 18. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders. The estimated minimum quantity of the framework agreement is 96 CASCO insurance policies. The estimated maximum quantity of the framework agreement is 115 CASCO insurance policies. The estimated minimum quantity that may be the subject of a contract: is 92 CASCO insurance policies. The estimated maximum quantity that may be the subject of a contract is 115 CASCO insurance policies. The value of the framework agreement may be modified by an addendum depending on additions and/or removals of ambulances (transfer or scrapping) from the vehicle fleet of the Timiș County Ambulance Service.
