The subject of the contract is the purchase Purchase of 5 N1, 4x4 light commercial vehicles for the modernization of the vehicle fleet of RPLP Piatra Craiului RA Zărnești, in accordance with the quantities and technical specifications in the specifications. The procedure is organized into lots: Lot 1: Purchase of 2 (two) Pick-up light commercial vehicles, 4x4, N1-bodied, with a total estimated value of 345.182 lei (excluding VAT), respectively 172.591 lei (excluding VAT)/unit, a value that includes all cost elements (supply, transport, commissioning, user training, authorizations, approvals, taxes, etc.) related to the performance of the supply contract. Lot2: Purchase of 3 (three) Pick-up light commercial vehicles, 4x 4, N1-bodied, with a total estimated value of 477.489 lei (excluding VAT), respectively 159.163 lei (excluding VAT)/unit, a value that includes all cost elements (supply, transport, commissioning, user training, authorizations, approvals, taxes, etc.) related to the performance of the supply contract. The requested motor vehicles shall be new products, year of manufacture 2025 or 2026, unused, delivered under the conditions established through the award documentation and the public procurement contract, in compliance with all applicable technical, safety, type-approval, and environmental requirements. The requirements set out in the Specifications are mandatory minimum requirements. Tenderers are required to demonstrate the compliance of the products offered with all the minimum requirements established for the lot or lots in which they participate. To the extent that certain technical characteristics are presented by reference to a market benchmark, they serve exclusively as guidance for defining the level of performance sought by the contracting authority and are not restrictive, with any equivalent solution that ensures at least an equal level of performance, functionality, safety, and compliance being accepted.
