Opportunity description

The purpose of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for the supply of natural gas for the Bistrita County Emergency Clinical Hospital. The deadlines within which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information requested by interested economic operators: on the 11th day before the deadline established in the contract notice for the submission of tenders. The number of days before the deadline for the submission of tenders up to which clarifications may be requested is 18 days. If the centralized public procurement procedure for the supply of natural gas, organized by ONAC, is completed, this award procedure will be terminated by operation of law, starting from the date of entry into force of the Framework Agreements concluded by ONAC with the economic operators declared winners.
