The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for the supply of natural gas for the Mavromati County Hospital, for a period of 12 months. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 18. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. In the event of completion of the centralized public procurement procedure for electricity, organized by ONAC, this award procedure will be terminated by operation of law, starting from the date of entry into force of the Framework Agreements concluded by ONAC with the economic operators declared winners.
