Blade Server Supply Contract. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested is: up to the 18th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. If these deadlines fall on non-working days, the authority will respond on the last working day before the respective deadline.
