Procurement of domestic and international air transport services for the MAI Central Apparatus and other subordinate units, based on framework agreements, for a period of 24 months, structured as follows: - Lot 1 - Domestic and international air transport services on direct routes-economy class; - Lot 2 - Occasional domestic and international passenger air transport services, other than those defined under lot 1. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information only once, on the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders, for clarifications requested 18 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders, specified in section I.3) Communication of the data sheet. Lot 1 - Domestic and international air transport services on direct routes-economy class The estimated minimum/maximum quantities that may be requested during the framework agreement (24 months) - are set out in Annexes no. 1-2 to the Procurement Documentation The estimated minimum value of the framework agreement is 387.532,54 euro excluding V.A.T., and the estimated maximum value is 4.031.895,76 euro excluding V.A.T., according to Annexes no. 1-2 to the Procurement Documentation. The estimated minimum/maximum quantities and values of the largest subsequent contract are set out in Annexes no. 1-2 to the Procurement Documentation The value of the largest subsequent contract is 390.785,40 euro excluding VAT Lot 2 - Occasional domestic and international passenger air transport services, other than those defined under lot 1 The estimated minimum/maximum quantities that may be requested during the framework agreement (24 months) - are set out in Annexes no. 3-4 to the Procurement Documentation The estimated minimum value of the framework agreement is 561.034,00 euro excluding V.A.T., and the estimated maximum value is 7.064.903,15 euro excluding V.A.T., according to Annexes no. 3-4 to the Procurement Documentation.
