Provision of non-scheduled passenger air transport services, through the reservation and issuance of airline tickets for domestic and international passenger flights, according to the specific travel needs of the personnel of the Protection and Guard Service, based on contracts subsequent to the framework agreement, which will be concluded during its validity period. During the framework agreement, the purchase of a minimum of 100 tickets and a maximum of 8000 tickets is estimated. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 18 days. The contracting authority will provide a clear response to requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Provision of non-scheduled passenger air transport services, through the reservation and issuance of airline tickets for domestic and international passenger flights, according to the specific travel needs of the personnel of the Protection and Guard Service, based on contracts subsequent to the framework agreement, which will be concluded during its validity period. During the framework agreement, the purchase of a minimum of 100 tickets and a maximum of 8000 tickets is estimated. For a single subsequent contract/order among those to be awarded during the framework agreement, the purchase of a minimum of 1 ticket and a maximum of 20 tickets is estimated. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract/order anticipated to be awarded during the framework agreement is: 100,000 RON excluding VAT. The actual number of tickets will be determined according to the contracting authority's needs at the time the subsequent contracts are awarded and the funds allocated for this purpose. The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement with at least 3 economic operators, with the maximum number being unlimited, subsequently awarding, by reopening competition among the economic operators that are signatories to the framework agreement, subsequent contracts for domestic and/or international passenger air transport services for the destinations / classes / duration / travel conditions established by the Contracting Authority at the stage of reopening competition. Subsequent contracts will be awarded in compliance with the elements / conditions stipulated in the framework agreement, by reopening competition whenever the need arises to organize travel within the country and/or abroad for the personnel or delegates of the contracting authority.
