On the occasion of the Christmas/Easter holidays, Galați Municipality City Hall intends to rent festive lighting equipment and installations to be installed on the main traffic arteries in the municipality and in areas of public interest (parks, esplanades, roundabouts). The maximum estimated value of the framework agreement is 1.892.079,79 lei excluding VAT for 1 year (2026 -2027). The total estimated value of the framework agreement is between: 141.769,65 lei excluding VAT and 1.892.079,79 lei excluding VAT. Minimum framework agreement value = 141.769,65 lei excluding VAT, Maximum framework agreement value = 1.892.079,79 lei excluding VAT. Frequency of awarding subsequent contracts: Subsequent contracts will be concluded depending on the purchaser's needs and the funds allocated for this purpose. The estimated value of the subsequent contracts to be concluded: 15.627,24 lei excluding VAT – 1.258.483,31 lei excluding VAT. The value of the largest subsequent contract to be concluded is 1.258.483,31 lei excluding VAT. Minimum and maximum quantities for the framework agreement: are those provided for in the Specifications. In accordance with the provisions set out in Section I.3 Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 18 In accordance with the provisions of Art. 160 and Art. 161 of Law No. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/additional information concerning the procurement documentation within two time limits, as follows: the first time limit within which the contracting authority will respond to clarifications is the 23rd day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders; the second time limit within which the contracting authority will respond to clarifications is: the 11th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders in the contract notice.
