Medical supplies - Spinal implants, according to the technical specifications requested and presented in the Tender Specifications by the head of the Neurosurgery Department, for each lot / position within the lot. (8 lots) Framework agreement without reopening competition, with a maximum of 3 operators, with a duration of 48 months from the date of conclusion. Subsequent contracts will be concluded depending on the needs and available funds of the contracting authority, approximately once every 3 months, 6 months, 9 months or 12 months. The contracting authority chose the framework agreement as the award method because it intends to purchase products of a recurring nature, namely medical supplies, depending on the needs and financial availability of the contracting authority. (at the time this procedure is launched, the quantity required for each individual lot cannot be established precisely because, given the specific nature of the contracting authority's activity, these quantities vary depending on the number of patients, the types of conditions for which they are treated, etc.).
