Opportunity description

Within this procurement procedure, the contracting authority wishes to conclude a works contract having as its subject the execution of works for “Increasing the energy efficiency of apartment blocks no. 1, no. 2, no. 3 in the Geoagiu Bai resort, Geoagiu city, Hunedoara County”. The works contract subject to this award procedure will include the execution of works for “Increasing the energy efficiency of apartment blocks no. 1, no. 2, no. 3 in the Geoagiu Bai resort, Geoagiu city, Hunedoara County”. Detailed information regarding the solutions adopted for the works to be performed is included in the technical documentation and specifications made available by the contracting authority as part of the open tender, which will be conducted on SEAP. The duration of the works contract will be 12 months, without exceeding the deadline of 30.09.2027. The intermediate stages to be reached in the execution of the works are 40% by 31.03.2027 and 70% by 30.06.2027, respectively. During this period, all categories of works will be carried out in accordance with the technical design and the bills of quantities. The public works procurement contract does not raise any particular issues during the implementation period. According to the general cost estimate, an integral part of the PT, the total value of the energy renovation works contract that is the subject of this procedure is 3.002.259,90 lei excluding VAT, of which: Centralized cost estimate for Block no. 1, no. 2, and no. 3 Chapter 4 Expenditure for the basic investment 2.924.641,26 lei, of which: 4.1 Construction and installations 2.787.587,21 lei excluding VAT 4.2 Installation of machinery and technological and functional equipment 11.054,05 lei excluding VAT 4.3 Machinery and technological and functional equipment requiring installation 56.000,00lei excluding VAT 4.4 Machinery and technological and functional equipment not requiring installation and transport equipment 70.000,00 lei excluding VAT Chapter 5 - Other expenditure 5.1 Site organization 77.618,64 lei excluding VAT Of the total value, the following amounts will be provided through the financing contract: Chapter 4 Expenditure for the basic investment 2.912.433,00 lei, of which: 4.1 Construction and installations 2.775.378,95 lei excluding VAT 4.2 Installation of machinery and technological and functional equipment 11.054,05 lei excluding VAT 4.3 Machinery and technological and functional equipment requiring installation 56.000,00lei excluding VAT 4.4 Machinery and technological and functional equipment not requiring installation and transport equipment 70.000,00 lei excluding VAT Chapter 5 - Other expenditure 5.1 Site organization 77.618,64 lei excluding VAT Co-financing from the local budget will be provided as follows: Chapter 4 Expenditure for the basic investment 12.208,26 lei, of which: 4.1 Construction and installations 12.208,26 lei excluding VAT The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 20 days. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification submitted on the 15th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. For requests for clarification received after the deadline indicated above, the contracting authority reserves the right not to provide a response.
