Within this procurement procedure, the contracting authority wishes to conclude the works contract having as its subject the Execution of works for “Increasing the energy efficiency of the residential tower block in the Geoagiu Bai resort, Geoagiu town, Hunedoara County”. The works contract subject to this award procedure will include the execution of works for “Increasing the energy efficiency of the residential tower block in the Geoagiu Bai resort, Geoagiu town, Hunedoara County” Detailed information regarding the solutions adopted for the works to be performed is included in the technical documentation and specifications made available by the contracting authority as part of the open tender, which will be conducted on SEAP. The complexity of the works to be executed is medium, considering that energy renovation works are to be carried out on multifamily buildings. The works will concern the Turn block in the Geoagiu Băi resort, Geoagiu town, Germisara St., block no. P1. The duration of the works contract will be 12 months, without exceeding the deadline of 30.09.2027. The intermediate stages to be reached in the execution of the works are 40% by 30.04.2027 and 70% by 30.07.2027, respectively. During this period, all categories of works will be executed in accordance with the technical design and the bills of quantities. The public procurement works contract does not raise any particular issues during the implementation period.
