The Municipality of Targoviste concluded Financing Contract No. 870 of 09.07.2026 with the South Muntenia Regional Development Agency through the South-Muntenia Regional Programme 2021-2027, Priority: P6.An attractive region, Specific objective RSO 5.1 - Promoting integrated and inclusive development in the social, economic and environmental fields, as well as culture, natural heritage, sustainable tourism and security in urban areas, OPERATION B - Promoting integrated and inclusive development in the field of culture and natural heritage in the South-Muntenia region for county-seat municipalities and their functional urban areas, Call for projects No. PRSM/369/PRSM_P6/OP5/RSO5.1/PRSM_A40. The project “Restoration, consolidation and enhancement of the "Casa Fusea-Parvulescu" building (LMI code DB-II-m-A-17248) in Târgoviște, Dâmbovița County” will be implemented in the Municipality of Târgoviște, Calea Domneasca, No. 208 and addresses the need for urgent interventions to consolidate and renovate heritage buildings which, in most cases, have inadequate infrastructure and are in an advanced state of deterioration. Casa Fusea-Parvulescu - a historical monument, is one of these buildings requiring such an investment, with the local public administration seeking to preserve the authentic Romanian spirit and personality, align with European standards and, last but not least, provide citizens with safety. The works to be performed are presented in the specifications. According to the General Cost Estimate, the estimated value of the works contract is 4,846,828.90 lei excluding VAT and is composed as follows: total estimated value =1.2 Site preparation+ 1.3 Arrangements for environmental protection and restoration of the site to its initial condition + 2.1 Expenses related to ensuring the utilities necessary for the operation of the investment objective + 4.1. Construction and installations + 4.2. Installation of technological and functional machinery + 4.3. Technological and functional machinery and equipment requiring installation + 5.1.1 Construction and installation works related to site organization = 506,971.48 lei excluding VAT + 24,347.53 lei excluding VAT + 325,230.14 lei excluding VAT + 3,375,794.85 lei excluding VAT + 262,123.81 lei excluding VAT + 21,523.34 lei excluding VAT + 1,157.19 lei excluding VAT + 235,951 lei excluding VAT + 9,175 lei excluding VAT + 84,554.56 lei excluding VAT = 4,846,828.90 lei excluding VAT. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information submitted by economic operators, on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, pursuant to Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, read in conjunction with Article 27 paragraph (3) of Government Decision 395/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, insofar as these requests are submitted by the deadline of 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority provided in the contractual clauses for the possibility of revising the contract in accordance with the provisions of Article 221 paragraph (1) letters a), e) and f) of Law 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, regarding non-substantial modifications amounting to a maximum of 10.60% of the contract value.
