The need for the procurement arises from the need to clean and repair the Mocrea Waste Sorting Hall. This involves interventions on the interior surfaces and machinery, vehicle gates, façade enclosures and roof covering, skylights, the rainwater collection system, the floors of the sorting cabins, and the exterior grounds in the hall area. The execution of the works is necessary to maintain the hall in an appropriate operating condition, remedy degraded elements, ensure the drainage of rainwater, and clean the interior and exterior spaces associated with the facility. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 160 para. (1) of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is a maximum of 8 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, and the deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is the 6th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, pursuant to Art. 161 of Law 98/2016. •The Contracting Authority reserves the right to make amendments to the contract pursuant to the provisions of Art. 221 of Law 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented. The execution of the works is necessary to maintain the hall in an appropriate operating condition, remedy degraded elements, ensure the drainage of rainwater, and clean the interior and exterior spaces associated with the facility, as follows: Cleaning of the interior surfaces of the hall and the machinery, including washing with a pressurized water jet - 1,820 sq m; Dismantling the existing vehicle gates and replacing them with new metal vehicle gates, including the necessary accessories - 3 pcs.; Removal and reconstruction of the façade enclosures and corrugated sheet-metal roof covering, including the fastening elements - 785 sq m; Repair or replacement of the skylights and transparent polycarbonate or plexiglass enclosures - 251 sq m; Repair or replacement of the gutters of the rainwater collection system - 200 linear m; Repair or replacement of the downpipes of the rainwater collection system - 128.10 linear m; Removal of the existing floors and reconstruction of the sorting cabin floors with 25 mm OSB boards - 162.80 sq m; Cleaning and sanitizing the exterior grounds and slopes in the hall area - 1,000 sq m; Auxiliary operations necessary for the complete execution of the works, including dismantling, loading and transporting the resulting materials, machinery, consumables, and temporary protections - machinery for 10 days, as described in the Specifications.
