Opportunity description

Rehabilitation of lifting installations in Unit 1 of the Cernavoda NPP, consisting of the manufacture and complete replacement of 17 lifting installations and the retrofitting of another 7 lifting installations. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested is 20 days. The contracting entity will respond only to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by this established deadline. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The procurement concerns the rehabilitation of 24 lifting installations, namely: 1. Manufacture and complete replacement of 17 lifting installations 2. Manufacture for the purpose of retrofitting 7 lifting installations, as well as the provision of services associated with the supply of the products, namely: - design services, consisting of issuing all technical documentation necessary for the manufacture, assembly, retrofitting and authorization for operation at the manufacturer’s and beneficiary’s premises of the lifting installations, as well as for their runways and electricity supply lines, respectively: technical assessments, studies, measurements, reports, trials, tests, technical designs, quality plans, procedures, etc., in accordance with the applicable legislation and technical requirements; - services necessary for the manufacture, transport, dismantling of the existing installations at the beneficiary’s premises, installation, rehabilitation, testing and authorization for operation of the products at the beneficiary’s site; - other ancillary services and operations associated with the purpose of the contract, respectively: provision of specific specialized services (topographic surveying, non-destructive testing, etc.), specialized transport services, training of the beneficiary’s personnel, handling, lifting and transport services. The products will be supplied in accordance with the technical and performance requirements and characteristics requested in the Specifications for procurement CR # 44493 rev. 1 and its annexes.
