SUPPLY OF ENAMELS, VARNISHES, PRIMERS, OILS AND PUTTIES SAIFI 2026-2028 in accordance with specifications no. 11171/25.05.2026 CPV: 44800000-8 Paints, varnishes and mastics with an estimated value of: 957.613 lei, of which: The minimum and maximum estimated value of the framework agreement is: min. 698,50 lei max. 957.613 lei The estimated value of the smallest and largest subsequent contract is: min. 663,50 lei max. 478.806,50 lei. The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement with a single economic operator for a period of 24 months, starting from the date of completion of the procedure. The deadline by which economic operators may request clarifications regarding the procurement documentation will be 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification regarding the procurement documentation will be 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: subsequent contracts will be concluded only according to the contracting authority's actual needs, with the minimum and maximum quantities being estimates. Minimum and maximum quantities under the framework agreement: The following will be purchased: a minimum of one product/unit of measure and the maximum quantity of products that may be purchased, as detailed in the Annex to the Specifications. Estimated timetable: - annually, depending on budgetary resources. Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract among those to be awarded during the framework agreement: A single subsequent contract will cover a minimum of one product/unit of measure for each individual item listed in the Annex to the Specifications and 1/2 of the maximum quantity of products that may be purchased, the quantity specified in the Annex to the Specifications, considering that the maximum quantity required to be purchased is estimated for a period of 24 months, respectively the quantity divided by 2 years.
