According to the reasons expressed in the documents prepared by the specialized service, the statement of need of the Fleet Management Department no. DEER/74056/23.03.2026, regarding the need for “Supply of auto parts and maintenance, servicing, and repair services for automobiles” to keep the DEER vehicle fleet in operating condition. Number of days before the deadline for submitting tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 18 days (before the deadline for submitting tenders/applications) The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification: on the 11th day before the deadline established in the Contract Notice for the submission of tenders. Minimum AC value – 6.446.570,30lei – Maximum AC value – 14.499.586,98lei - in accordance with the Annexes to the Tender Specifications Maximum CS value – 1.900.000,00lei; - frequency of subsequent contracts: 1 / 2÷3 months; - estimated minimum and maximum number of CS to be concluded – 7÷10. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities represent estimates of quantities that may be requested throughout the entire framework agreement and not the exact quantities that will be purchased, the latter being potentially lower than, equal to, or higher than those estimated, depending on the Contracting Entity’s actual needs at the time the subsequent contracts are awarded Procedure: open.
