“Spare parts and accessories for MAN and Tatra vehicles – 2 lots, 1,834 units broken down as follows: Lot 1 – “Spare parts and accessories for MAN vehicles” – 1228 units Lot 1 – “Spare parts and accessories for Tatra vehicles” – 606 units The contracting entity will respond only to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the deadline established through the contract notice. Number of days before the deadline for submitting tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 18; the contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting tenders, in accordance with Art. 173 of Law no. 99/2016, amended and supplemented by GEO no. 107/2017 and GEO no. 45/2018.
