Romania – Parts and accessories of photocopying apparatus – Consumables for image-processing equipment – printers, photocopiers, and multifunction devices (2 lots)

Opportunity description

The contracting authority intends to conclude framework agreements for the purchase of consumables for image-processing equipment – photocopiers, printers, and multifunction devices –, according to the technical specifications in the tender specifications, as follows: Lot No. 1 Consumables for HP COLOR LaserJet MANAGED MFP E 877; Lot No. 2 Consumables for XEROX VERSALINK B7025/B7030/B7035; The framework agreements will be concluded with a single economic operator, without reopening competition. One framework agreement for the supply of products will be concluded for each lot, with a validity period of 24 months from the date of signature by the last party. The contracting authority will conclude subsequent contracts under the framework agreements for the supply of products, with a delivery period of no more than one month from the signing of the subsequent contracts, in a single installment. Requests for clarification regarding the procurement documentation will be submitted only through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro), by accessing the dedicated “Questions” section in the details of the ongoing procurement procedure. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, insofar as these requests were submitted within the deadline mentioned in SECTION I, namely 19 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. In order to comply with the principle of equal treatment, interested economic operators will comply with the provisions of ANAP notification No. 247 regarding the method of submitting requests for clarification and additional information concerning procurement documentation / responses formulated when conducting procedures for the award of public procurement contracts by electronic means (online), meaning that the documents attached to the “Questions” section WILL NOT CONTAIN THEIR IDENTIFICATION DATA, as these will become public when the response is submitted by the contracting authority! The contracting authority intends to purchase the following for lot 1: Consumables for HP COLOR LASERJET MANAGED MFP E 877: minimum 8 and maximum 3,500 units, according to the technical specifications attached to the tender specifications. The estimated quantity that will be the subject of the subsequent contract: lot 1: Consumables for HP COLOR LASERJET MANAGED MFP E 877: minimum 8 and maximum 1,750 units. The value of the largest subsequent contract will be: • 1,557,500.00 lei excluding VAT for Lot No. 1. The contracting authority intends to purchase the following for lot 2: Consumables for XEROX VERSALINK B7025/B7030/B7035: minimum 4 and maximum 770 units, according to the technical specifications attached to the tender specifications. The estimated quantity that will be the subject of the subsequent contract: lot 2: Consumables for XEROX VERSALINK B7025/B7030/B7035: minimum 4 and maximum 385 units.
