These products are used for putting wells into operation and maintaining the related machinery and equipment within operating parameters. Any request for clarification must be submitted through SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). The Contracting Entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional information on the 11th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders. The number of days before the deadline for the submission of tenders / applications by which clarifications may be requested will be 18 days. At the same time, according to the legal provisions in force, any economic operator has the right to request clarifications regarding the content of the procurement documentation and implicitly regarding the contractual clauses (which are part of the procurement documentation) 18 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
