The need to ensure and adapt treatment in accordance with the needs of patients admitted to the “Sf. Maria” Emergency Clinical Hospital for Children in Iasi requires the procurement of insulin pumps and diabetes monitoring consumables that are the subject of this procedure. Brief description of the contract or procurement(s): Framework agreement for the supply of medical supplies for 2 years: Names and quantities according to Document "1.1.Centralizator valoric cantitati si valori minime si maxime.xlsx". The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested is 16 days, in accordance with Art. 160 of Law 98/2016. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline established for submission of tenders, in accordance with Art. 161 of Law 98/2016.
