The University of Bucharest intends to purchase equipment for outfitting the University's administrative area and faculties through a Framework Agreement concluded for a period of 1 year and 6 months (18 months). Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 17 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
