Opportunity description

Bacău County Emergency Hospital needs to replace/modernize part of its IT infrastructure to support medical, administrative and support activities, as well as digitalization processes. The equipment must ensure performance, reliability, compatibility with IT applications and continuity of operations. The contracting authority's need to organize this procedure arose because, for the proper conduct of its specific activity, it is necessary to ensure a superior flow of processing and transmission of processed data, which cannot be achieved without high-performance computer systems that allow both multitasking and superior data processing and transfer speeds, which is why emphasis was placed on computing units with multi-core processors from the middle- and high-level ranges, as well as on RAM with higher frequencies. Following the conclusion of the Framework Agreement/contract, we expect to purchase good-quality products, delivered within a reasonable period, with a view to the proper conduct of the hospital's specific activities. The division into lots is justified by the functional and technical differences between desktop PCs, monitors, laptops and AIO systems and allows the participation of operators specializing in product categories. In this context, the following categories of products are requested to be purchased, divided, due to their technical particularities, into four distinct lots. Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that might be requested during the framework agreement, as well as of the minimum and maximum quantities that might be the subject of a single subsequent contract among those to be awarded during the framework agreement, are set out in the specifications.
