Opportunity description

The contracting authority, by applying this procedure, seeks to procure medicines in order to ensure the proper conduct of medical care within SJU Tulcea. At the end of this award procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 48 months, with a maximum of three economic operators. The minimum framework agreement quantities as well as the maximum quantities of the framework agreements are provided in the Tender Specifications. The minimum subsequent contract quantities as well as the maximum quantities of the subsequent contracts are provided in the Tender Specifications. The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification is the 11th day before the deadline date and time for submitting tenders, provided that the economic operator requests clarification within the time limit set out in section I.3 Communication, namely 18 days.
