Romania – Photocopier maintenance services – “Printing as a service” maintenance services

Opportunity description

According to the reasons expressed in the documents prepared by the specialized department, documents attached hereto, the purpose is the procurement of “printing as a service” maintenance services, in accordance with the quantities specified in the Technical Specifications, representing complete maintenance services and the supply of consumables for laser technology printing/copying equipment, for which payment is made on the basis of a rate per monochrome and color A4 page printed/copied, expressed in LEI (RON), specified for each piece of equipment. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which potential tenderers may request clarifications regarding the procurement documentation is 20. The contracting entity will respond to all requests for clarifications or additional information 11 days before the deadline established for the submission of tenders. - The estimated quantities of the framework agreement are presented in the annexes to the Technical Specifications: Minimum AC quantity = 16.174.020 (UM) pages; Maximum AC quantity = 32.348.040 (UM) pages; - The quantities of the subsequent contract: Minimum CS quantity = 4.043.505 (UM) pages; Maximum CS quantity = 16.174.020 (UM) pages Procedure: open.
